Communications Coaching for Leaders

Leaders are a vital link in the internal communications and employee engagement chains. They drive their teams’ achievement, model the organization's values, and guide others’ career development. I leverage my extensive experience in leadership communications, informed by feedback from supervisors, colleagues, and direct reports, to counsel emerging and seasoned leaders on developing, strengthening, or pivoting their communication and engagement styles.

Career Mentoring

As organizations change, so do roles. To succeed, employees must be agile and open to learning new skills. Some employees embrace this; others struggle with the core question: "Is this the job I want?" This is a difficult but crucial conversation, and one that’s often easier to have with someone who isn't their manager. I conduct confidential, one-on-one sessions with employees to guide them in confronting their resistance, clarifying what they want, and taking productive steps forward, for themselves and the business.

Listening & Feedback Tours

The most effective way to engage employees is to involve them. While surveys and online feedback channels are useful, inviting employees to participate in group discussions is a powerful way to show you genuinely value and want to understand their opinions and suggestions. I design and lead sessions that ignite new thinking, inspire innovative ideas, and pressure-test concepts for new projects, programs, or campaigns.
